How many people do I need for a reservation?
Our vehicle can accommodate up to 14 passengers, so any group size up to that number is welcome.
Do you require a minimum?
To ensure our non-private tours can run, some require a minimum number of passengers. We understand that groups come in all sizes, so we offer flexible pricing, including flat rates, mileage-based charges, and hourly rates. Contact us to discuss your options!
Do I get to pick the route?
We specialize in customized tours, tailored to your preferences (with some limitations). Our standard tours are up to six hours long and typically operate during daylight hours. We’ll collaborate with you to create the perfect itinerary.
Can I request a different pick-up location other than those listed?
Yes, we can arrange a special pick-up location for an additional charge, however, there are limits. We strive to fit the day into a reasonable time frame for our drivers and your convenience. Please call for more details.
What time is pick-up and drop-off?
Pick up and drop off time varies due to the number of people and pick up locations. Approximate pick up is between 10:30 and 11:45 AM with a drop off between 5:00 and 6:30 PM.
What does the package price include?
Custom pick-up and drop-off at your location within our free service area, three stops at local wineries or breweries; one tasting at each, bottled water and a selection of sodas, fun and knowledgeable tour guide, professional driver. The only thing not included in the fee is the gratuity for your tour guides. Please refer to the FAQ on tipping.
Is tipping included and if not, how much should I budget?
We believe that recognizing excellent service is a personal matter and do not include gratuity in our prices. Although not required, tipping expresses your satisfaction with the guides and their services to you. We accept cash gratuity on the day of service or you may return to our site after your trip to show your appreciation through an electronic transfer. We suggest 10% to 20% of your tour price.
Can we bring a minor along on a tour?
You must be 21 years of age to take a tour with us.
Can we bring alcohol along to drink on the bus?
Alcohol is allowed providing you are of legal drinking age. There will be water and a selection of sodas available on the bus. If you bring your own beverages they must be stored in a non-breakable container such as cans or plastic. Glass containers will not be allowed on the bus.
Are bathrooms available during the tour?
Yes, bathrooms are available at selected locations. However, we strongly recommend you use the facilities before arriving for the tour so we can stay on schedule and maximize our tastings. There are no bathroom facilities on the tour bus.
Can I book a private bus for my group?
Yes! The bus accommodates up to 14 passengers per trip and we have a variety of pricing options to choose from.
If I book a tour for just two people, will we be joining others on the tour?
For our standard tours (non-private), you may be sharing the experience with other guests, such as couples or small groups. These tours typically require a minimum number of participants.
I want to make a reservation for a group but I don’t want to pay for all of them, can I do that?
Yes! Fill out the inquiry form and send it to us. We will create a group reservation for you and provide you with a reservation number that you can give to your group and they can go online to pay for their own seat/s.
I want to make a reservation for a group but I am not sure how many people I have.
We’ll create your reservation based on your best estimate of your group size. We’ll send you a payment link that can be shared with your group for individual payments. Full payment for all passengers is due at least 14 days prior to your tour date.
If I need to cancel, can I get a refund?

Can I get a refund for a purchased gift card or gift certificate?
Gift Certificates ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, but are transferable.
